Starting with a free consultation to learn about each woman as a person first and athlete second, Lynda leads clients through goal setting, ability benchmarks, what equipment they have access to, and their interest in any upcoming swim-bike-run events. Each individualized program is then loaded into an online training software that tracks performance and data to measure progress toward goals.
